Question How often do you work your abs?

That is, focused ab/core work, either as a totally separate workout or as an add-on to whatever else you're doing.
Some say daily is best, others recommend at least a day of rest inbetween.

Twice/week if I'm lucky - usually just once. I'm actually doing twice/week right now because I'm doing an XTrain rotation. Abs are my least favorite body part to work.

Every day except rest days. On the rare occasion that I do a weighted abs workout, I'll skip a day between abs workouts.

3-4 times a week usually part of a workout I am doing. I do have a tendency to do abs and/or Pilates 2 days in a row with a 2 day rest. It's just how I have my schedule done for the month.

Once, sometimes twice a day, usually without weights.

Abs are my biggest problem area, always have been. Unfortunately, I don't workout my abs like I should.

I know they say we can't spot reduce but I don't think that's entirely true. So diet aside, for those who workout abs consistently, have u noticed a difference in your abs?

The ab group specifically - once, maybe twice per week. Core stabilizers, which may or may not mean abs - with every strength workout. What this usually looks like is one to two exercises like bridging, planks, chops, anti-rotation (love anti-rotation!)... I mix it up. Once a week I do weighted crunches, the rest varies.

Once a week (maybe) as a separate workout. Ab exercises are part of my daily routine in strength training, yoga, circus classes, and even kickboxing, so I don't feel a strong need to focus on them exclusively.
