I was just thinking about Cathe's overall body of work, and really, no matter how you feel about her personally or the different directions she's taken at different points in time, the woman is seriously prolific.
So, if you had to nominate one of her workouts as your FAVORITE Cathe workout of all time, what would it be and why?

Low Max. It's just the right level of challenge for me, both for choreography and intensity (even when I just do it on the floor), and it's always fun. So, it's challenging with out being dreaded - just right!
Just for pure fun, and not necessarily for hitting every body part, or working me the hardest or whatever, I think I'd have to go with Step Blast. I absolutely love it. Imax2 is a close second.
PowerMax! It was my first Cathe workout. The music is dated and the clothes are definitely dated, but it meets all of my needs in a cardio only workout - intense but not puke-in-a-bucket, an hour long, and doable choreography.
