My current rotation is mostly based on workout times, not specific workouts/programs, except that I am incorporating more stretch/yoga ("S/Y").

Sat - Virgin Day (this will be barre workouts for a while)
Sun - Flex Day (10 min. cardio to warm up + 50 min. or more S/Y)
Mon - 35-40 min. cardio/toning + 20-25 min. S/Y
Tue - 15-20 min. cardio/toning + 40-45 min. S/Y
Wed - 45-50 min. cardio/toning + 10-15 min. S/Y
Thu - 25-30 min. cardio/toning + 30-35 min. S/Y
Fri - Rest Day

The main purpose is to get me to use all my workouts, and it is fun to fit them together to reach my goal of about 60 minutes.

I started a new marathon training plan last week (running 3-4 times per week) and 2-3 days of Xtrain workouts.

I'm doing cardio ( running or the elliptical) for 1 hours 5/day a week and CLX lean phase 3 days a weeks, with some ab work sprinkled in here and there.

My "rotation" is to go down the line of workouts and just do them, one at a time!

Mostly heavy weights with occasional cardio. In a typical week, one three-day weights split (usually legs, chest/back, shoulder/triceps/biceps) plus a total body weights day. I fill in cardio on the off days, and do abs and stretching every workout.

I like my strength gains but (surprise surprise) the body fat's not moving anywhere. This weekend I'm going to plot out a six-week rotation that adds in more cardio. I have two breaks in the next six weeks - one short vacation, one houseguest-in-workout-space situation - so I need to get creative!

Still 2 days of 2-mile Leslie/2 days of upper body strength training. I throw in an extra every now and then - like Cool It Off Express or an Ellen. My latest upper body endeavor is KCM.
