I did the cardio portion of Live Latin this morning. I am somewhat Latin dance impaired, but I enjoyed it. I added it on after another cardio workout.

I can't believe these dvds are not chaptered, though! Come on, Beachbody, really!? I forwarded through the opening yoga to get to the cardio.

I may do the Bollywood one all the way through tomorrow.
That's weird, because mine are chaptered. I always skip the opening invocation on lite and easy

I will check if the other ones are chaptered.

Their entire series is available on Beachbody on Demand. I have a pregnant prima who's doing Baby on Way often.

I have collected all the YBB DVDs again. Won’t get rid of them, even though I don’t use them often. But like others have said, they are great for a lite day.

My favorite is the Sleep routine, that is in the YBB Master Series. It is 30 minutes long. Kinda long for a late night practice, but it is very effective. Love it after a stressful day.

The Sleep routine sounds amazing and like something I could make good use of.

I did the Bollywood Body Sculpt yesterday and had a blast!

Anny, I am glad you enjoyed it. I planned to do that one today, since I had just bought it from ebay. Unfortunately, when I opened the case, it had the original YBB Basic and Advanced in the case, which I already have. The seller is refunding me. I will try it off you tube one day this week.

Sherry, that’s a pity! I used to do YBB a lot and the Bollywood workout has always been one of my favourites. I hope you get to try it soon!

Thank you! I should be getting a new disc very soon

I did Light and Easy this morning because I barely got any sleep. I was glad to have a workout I was up to doing to get some movement in today.

I pulled out Cardio Cabaret this morning.
I honestly forgot what a fun workout this was.
Time actually flew.
