Usually Yoga Tune Up At Home, short metabolic workouts (ZWOW, Vivace, Jillian). Then I throw in some Balletone and movement workouts to keep it interesting (and give myself a 'rest' - ha!).

Started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution yesterday. I want to work in some Tracy Anderson and Essentrics as well. But, right now, it is good enough to get started with JMBR.

I seem to have fallen into doing dance aerobics, pilates, a little bit of yoga, and step class. Still haven't added the weighted work I was planning to add.

As usual, I'm all over the place but with the emphasis on cardio and circuit training. I like weight training, but I LOVE cardio, so that's where I'm at right now. I have over 400 dvds, so I pick whatever I feel like doing at the moment. Consistency of workouts is the name of the game for me, so as long as I workout 4-5 times per week, I'm OK with it. So far so good.

I'm in week 5 of the Turbo Fire rotation. I it. I am subbing out the strength workouts for kettlebell work and I often skip the stretch 40 workout. In addition, I'm walking to work, about 2 miles each way. And shoveling snow!

I'm currently playing with Xtrain and the LIS series with a little yoga sprinkled in.

I'm also fitness walking/jogging with my dog when the weather allows it.

I'm trying to rehab my right shoulder so I'm going easy on the upper body weights but more heavy on lower body.

I'm not good with rotations so I just pick whatever I feel I need.

So far January looks like this:

Yoga or Pilates 3x's a week
Running/Walking 6x's a week
Jillian's Body Revolution
and then adding some kind of challenge - this month it's crunches, I started with 20 and adding 5 each day.

I go every 3 days then stretch on the fourth with some light stretching in the pm.

1)barre/pilates
2)kettlebell or AWT
3)cardio

I mix up the 3 days so I start with AWT or something like that. I have to start a new schedule when I go back to school next week, when my schedule gets a little tight. I usually have to split workouts into am/pm and fit in runs when I can.
