Thanks for sharing! You look beautiful and healthy in all three, but you definitely seem even leaner. Congratulations on all of your hard work, and thanks for the motivation!

You have just motivated me RedPanda to re-visit kettlebells, again. I want the same (well, similar) results that you got! You look noticeably leaner in recent pix, and from your post it sounds like you attribute it mostly to kettlebells? How often do you do kbells, and what do you do?

You look incredible!!! I loved seeing the pictures. You certainly have found what works and the best thing is you are doing it. You are a real inspiration. Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Hi Chaplyn and Usia - My program is nothing special, just throwing in a kettlebell workout once a week to my strength training program, in addition to cardio. Because I have a previous shoulder injury, I have to be careful to not overtrain my upper body, so each week, I usually do:

* total body heavy strength training at the gym x 1
* a cardio/weights circuit, or metabolic training, DVD x 1
* kettlebell DVD x 1

I finished a round of P90X2 this morning, so I start a new rotation next week. This will be an upper/lower split with Steve Maxwell using double bells, plus heavy strength training at the gym, and Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp as my cardio/strength workout.

I saw good results after adding in cardio/weights circuits or metabolic training DVDs, but credit the kettlebells for leaning out my lower body.

Tytbody - I'm 56½
