Offensive Collage Video Letter!

Wow! U-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-e-a-b-l-e! This is what I get after being a loyal customer over the years and purchasing several $$$ worth of dvds from CollageVideo. I have loved their catalogs, being able to call them if I have a question about a dvd, their website, the video clips....

Then today, of course, after placing an order about a week ago, I
get this letter about returns and exchanges. Your welcome!

The only time in all these years I returned a few dvds, was when I had spinal problems exacerbated by a couple of the dvds I bought. My Neurologist advised I do not do those workouts anymore. So, I returned them, all within the frametime, except, one, in which, Emily, at Collage gave me "permission" to return it and she would give me store credit. That's it!

Oh wait, several weeks ago, I did start a thread regarding calling Collage about how long a dvd that was on sale, would remain, on sale. Said they had no idea, and that day price went back to original price. Hmmm, isn't that interesting.

So I guess the moral of the story is, don't bother being a loyal customer, because the minute you state your opinion, one they do not like, they will start sending you offensive letters, that do not even apply to you.

If I were a "small company", I would bend over backward for loyal customers who over the years have "supported this company so that they can stay in business".

I was taken aback and very offended. I will be 50 yr old in August and I am a very honest, trustworthy, woman who has worked out for years and years, and have never seen the likes of this.

Shame on you, Collage Video. You will get your wish, because of this I am done ordering from your company. I feel sorry for you that this is the way you wish to treat your customers and conduct your business. Very, very, sad, indeed.

Am I missing something??

What, exactly, was so offensive? Are you upset because Collage gave you store credit, as opposed to refund, for the the one dvd returned after 30 days?

...in reference to returning or exchanging too many recent purchases, which I explained in my thread was only a few due to spinal problems I could not use them, after trying them once. I explained this to Emily at Collage. Geez.

Do other retailers allow returns of opened DVDs?

rose2boys--

No, I am offended at the "letter" I just rec'd. Store credit was for one dvd just outside the return date--no problem with that

I guess I'm still confused about what the problem is. Did they not allow you any refund or exchange for a DVD?
