if you could do ONE strength workout everyday....

In spite of my huge dvd collection, I like to to the same workout over and over again. What can I say, I really am that boring. I did Firm Volume 4 exclusively for a year once. It is the perfect every day workout as I can do heavier weights one day and lighter weights the next day. I want to spend March going back to total monotony of one workout but thought I'd branch out from Volume 4. Any other suggestions? Doesn't have to be the firm.

I think Cathe's Muscle Endurance would fit the bill.

It covers it all, and you could lighten the weights on alternate days.

I sound like I'm just echoing everyone else but the two that came to mind when I read the title:
Weights: MuscleMax, or
KB: Providence

Muscle Max or High Reps. MM has better premixes IMO. If you want a solid 45 minute strength routine from start to finish without premixes try Push/Pull, that's a good one too.

I am voting for KCM Your Best Body. Tons of premixes and I just have not gotten bored with it yet.
