The only workout of Tony’s that I use on a somewhat regular basis (1 or 2 x’s a month) is the Power Half Hour: Stretch. It’s yoga based and you can do a 10 minute or 30 minute stretch. I like to use it after a weight or cardio workout. I’ve had it for years and never had a desire to trade it
