OK, like a good VFer, I ordered both.
I previewed several discs of the
P90X3 set. I thought, "Oh, hell no!" I'd have to modify so much and I'd still probably hurt something. I returned the set ASAP.
As for Cathe's
ICE set - I've done most of the workouts. I'm pretty "meh" about them. The modifier is a joke. There is way too much jumping and impact for me. Even with all the millions of pre-mixes it just seems a combination of boring and too much. (It's hard to explain.)
I'll keep the set as DH might want to try it. I haven't done the Mat one and I might like it.
I previewed a Muscle Meltdown and that looked OK. I might make a disc of all of them for the weight work.
