I only use dumbbells - so far nothing more than 25's but i mainly use 8's and 10's cos it's a lot of high reps in the earlier phase. You need a mat and that's it!

It's a lot of variety - up and down + high reps or slow cadence with heavy weight or body weight etc... for me these workouts have a lot of fun factor and i am trying to figure out why.

thank you cecififi! These do sound and look great but I really like using either a paper format or the DVD. Streaming is just not my thing.

I bought the downloads, I like how these workouts look a lot. I'll start tomorrow.

So, are these available as downloads or just streaming?

Sorry for the confusion. I meant to say I bought the program for 19.99 and will be streaming it.

Is it unlimited streaming or can you just watch the workouts once? Is there a time limit once you buy it? Thanks!

I did Day 1 today. It was upper body and abs. Very fast paced, 45 /15 sec. There was nothing really new here when it comes to the moves, the fast pace made it hard-ish, assuming you picked heavy enough weights. Certainly worth the money.
I had some technical issues but they responded very quickly, which is a good thing.

Guys, Day 2 Plyo/Cardio is one of the hardest 35 min I ever did. Awesome, very little breaks, you go vertical, horizontal with increasing the intensity. I was crying for my mommy at the end.
