Just previewed Strong and Lean
Strong and Lean was the only one I got. I watched a premix that mixed the two in an interval type (Kickbox first followed by one body part, repeat all the way through). I thought the kickbox one looked somewhat "unpolished" like the background exercisers were off a few times. I don't think that will affect me while doing the workout as I can just watch Kelly. The weight training segment I liked. You do 3 sets of exercises per body part. You'll start with the bar (one background exerciser used hand weights throughout) and perform one exercise for reps. Then you'll pick up the dumbbells and perform another exercise and then the last set uses the tubing. I can see myself using this total body one often when I need a quick workout or I want to add in some cardio.
