Yoga with mirror queing

Hi all,
Can those of you familiar with all sorts of yoga dvd's recommend yoga workouts with mirror queing? I know many of the Element one's and Sara Ivanhoe have it but I don't know which others.
Thanks very much.

Rodney Yee does not mirror cue on all his workouts.

Cheryl, “mirroring” is when the instructor “mirrors” the students. They will cue “Raise your right knee,” however when filming they really raise the left knee. To the students, it look like the instructor is raising their right knee, so it seems as though the students are looking in a mirror.

Or think of it this way: You know how like in a lot of older Gaiam and some Yoga Journal dvds the instructor will say "raise your right knee" but we see them raise their left knee on the screen? That is not mirror cueing. When they say "raise your right knee" and when we look at them it they are raising their right knee? That IS mirror cueing, but in real life in the studio they are actually raising their LEFT knee.

Rodney actually does NOT mirror cue. (Oops, Bubbles beat me to this!) I love him anyway.

Marilyn, what type of yoga are you looking for? That would make a big difference in who to recommend. I believe Barbara Benagh mirror cues (I'd have to double-check), but her practices are slower and not for everyone.

Oops, sorry for suggesting him, deleted my post! I do his practices, but I guess I don’t think too much about mirror cuing as a lot of yogis don’t do it.
