I am not sure if I want these. I have a lot of KCM workouts but just don't do them. I am thinking I am going to pass this time around. I was excited but not so much now. Wish there were video clips so we can see what the workouts are like. KCM seems to be a hit or a miss with me.

I'm passing too. I have many Kelly workouts that I love, and splurged on Build & Burn which I also enjoy, and I just need to use those more.

I was really interested until I saw a picture of the workout being filmed. It showed a step and I kept thinking about floor work. I prefer all standing.

No clips as of this morning. That is what I was hoping to see to make my final decision. But I don't see a big price break just the free shipping so I can wait and get them from Mary if reviews come back good and it is something I really need.

Thank you. Interesting, it looks like the floor stuff is all grouped together at the end. I can do that.

Yes, w/o 1 is heavier weights. The description page says:
- Workout One focuses on a moderate to heavier weight load, and involves supersets to effectively target all major muscle groups in less time.
- Workout Two is a no-impact, cardio sculpting workout that takes you through a continuous flow of compound moves utilizing lighter weights.
