in my response upthread, i had a "2nd tier" list of videos i visit once in a blue moon, and this one was at the top. i find YBB to be almost barre-ish and now that you both mentioned its qualities, i should really pull these out and do a rotation of it.
I like to use YBB as after dinner workout. I just like it when they say "make it spicy", "you're beautiful"... There is a lot of TIFTTing but I don't mind that. I don't like TIFTT in other workouts but YBB is the exception.

I am going all out with my weight loss challenge.

I own:

P90X
P90X3
Les Mills Combat
Tai Cheng
10 Minute Trainer

My favorite BB system is P90X3 because I feel it is a good overall fitness system and I like that it's only 30 minutes and very modifiable.

I don't really have a least favorite because I use all of them for different purposes. I use Tai Cheng to relax because I don't like yoga and LMC when I want something more martial arts related. I don't use 10 Minute Trainer much anymore, but used to use it when I was getting back into exercise after a long layoff.

Apparently, we're exercise twins. I feel the same way about YBB and TIFTTing.

Favorites are:

21 Day Fix
the New P90 ( hated the old one)
Body Gospel
Slim in 6 ( done my way)
Les Mills Combat
Project you

Have, but have not done yet:

Body Beast
Chalene Extreme
Shakeology the workouts
21Day Fix Extreme

Still on the fence;

Les Mills Pump- the earlier workouts do not feel balance to me and I don't have time for the 60 minutes workouts right now
T25- flare up my knees and back if a full rotation done, but use them individually from time to time
BBB- only like High and tight from this

Did not like and got rid of

Original P90
Ten minute trainer
YBB

"Embellish" it when they are TIFTTing.

i like YBB because it seems empowering w/o being fake, you know?

the original set is actually pretty decent. i lucked out and found part of the Goddess set at Goodwill, then i think i ordered the one disck that i was missing off of Amazon. they renamed/reconfigured the set a few times, so i had to consult VF to see what i needed.
