Yes. I find it easier to lose weight when I am doing easier, more moderate exercise such as walking and short, efficient strength training.

As others have said, I think it's the fact that I'm not as hungry and it's easier to manage my nutrition wisely. Yep, it is all about the food.

I've never done it for more than a few weeks. Once I've reached or gotten close to my weight loss goal, I ramp things back up again. I like long cardio sessions and I like my muscle!

I used Walk it out 3-4 times a week for about 3 months last year. I can't say I lost pounds, but boy did my buns and thighs shrink! I used my rebounder fyi.

Everything I do is low impact and low intensity, like Richard Simmons, Leslie Sansone, and walking outside. I agree that weight loss is 80% diet/20% exercise.

Every time I take a waitressing job, I lose about 5-10 lb, and this is after I've already been in decent shape. I credit all the walking around and constant movement. No change in diet either.

Definitely doable-when I'm heavy and feeling lazy I'll focus on my diet first and then workout when I'm motivated to do both. I was just cutting carbs and doing Callanetics and walking and got results. I didn't even notice until the one woman I worked for mentioned my waist was slimming down

7 years ago I went from an 18/20 to an 8 in nine months with no cardio and no weight work--mostly callanetics, fluidity, and some ravianna. It was 90% diet/10 % exercise.

I still maintain with a little body weight workout (barre & t-tapp) but mostly by being careful about what I eat (I don't count calories or worry about portion size, mostly because the last 7 years of my life have proven to me that calories in/calories out is a giant lie for my body).

Sadly, Soapmaker hasn't been here in years. I enjoyed her posts tremendously and still miss her.

Check out the Success Stories on Collage Video, I can't believe how many people have lost a lot of weight with just Leslie and WW, they all look amazing.
