 I went and bought some workouts. If I like the, I may be going back for more. Shipping can be kinda high but the workouts look great. Got me some Axis; Boot; Transform; Power Step. Wanted a Sport but those were not on sale from what I found. |

The price will go up the heavier the package is. In some cases, there are rush order options but if the weight is over a certain amount, only standard shipping is available. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or if this does not completely resolve your issues, then simply reply to this message. Thanks, Andrea POWER MUSIC, INC. Not sure what the max weight amount is before it goes to standard shipping. My options were 3-5 day or 2-3 day. I went with the 3-5 days $18 for 7 DVDs. To me that is a bit pricey but since i have wanted to try these for so long and didn't want to pay the $30 or so, this probably is a good deal. |

In regards to shipping. I paid $9-13 for my two orders which I thought was just fine considering the sale prices.
Adding: I just did War 18 today and it was good. It actually reminds me of a cross between LM Body Combat and Body Attack. There is not as much kickboxing as Combat but lots of good cardio along with upper/lower/core tracks too. I liked it a lot. Not as much as Combat or Attack, but a good mix of the too. FYI: impact was quite tolerable - biggest impact move was jumping jacks.
