I'm like this, but I really liked the P90X & RevAbs resistance workouts, favorite TJs are Fat Blaster & Cardio Party (only ones I use), like most of the Push & Lean workouts of CLX resistance, CLX cardio from the basic set & the CLX fat-burning deluxe set is a favorite of mine.

Definitely Project You. I waited a long time to get this and got it for a more reasonable price slightly used on Amazon. I feel like I got a lot for my money, and I like that low impact modifications are shown for all of the cardio. It's also very basic choreography so my husband is willing to do parts of it too.

1. CLX *** However, it is very harsh on my hip and lower back. I have to give it up for that reason. I really enjoyed it, though, and it's the only set of DVDs I had no problem using in rotation. It always gave me results, as well.

2. Slim Series. GREAT results. Can't do a rotation for too long, though, and the background exercises annoy the heck out of me.

I got great results with Slim Series. I really need to check out the Slim Series Express, to have the same vibe in short workouts.

I love Project You, also. Very nice set with a lot of modifications. I have Power 90, some of the Power 90 Masters series, and P90X. My dh and boys like Tony.

I did two rounds of CLX and love the system, but also like Fidget Queen had to give it up because it was so hard on my hip and back.

As a "program," Asylum is my favorite. The variety of workouts makes for a great rotation. But, I also love Turbofire and Insanity for their energy, intensity, and interesting moves (though they do repeat them a lot from workout to workout). If P90X+ counts as a program, it's on the list--the cardio is a step up from P90X and the Total Body workout is killer (in my view)! I like P90X as well, though I don't use the workouts as often as the others.
