Cardio Core workouts?

I'd like to find a cardio workout that includes core work - any recommendations? I was considering Debbie S.'s Cardio Core from her express series but cannot seem to find it being sold on it's own. Terrie

Christi Taylor has one that uses a step. Tony has the Cardio Core workout from the P90 Masters series, but most everyone seems to agree, it does not keep the hr up enough to be a true cardio workout. Debbie's workout is a good one, if you can get it. It gets the job done in 30 min!

I did Kimberly Spreen's Kickbox Bootcamp the other day and I think it fits your criteria quite well. It does use a step, but it's more as a prop - used for lunging onto, squatting off of, or a couple of football runs (like Jari's Ripped 1000). Light weights are used for punching moves and a body-bar is used for combat striking moves. There's nice variety and it seems every move requires using your core. There's more concentrated core work at the end, sitting down.

I'm pretty sure she has other workouts with similar body-bar combat moves. Right now, their names escape me.

Hmm... maybe I'll take another look at Kickbox Bootcamp - sounds good!

They are Absolute Kickboxing and Cardio Combat Surge. Her Progressive Strength also has an 18-minute "Combat Blast" workout.

Maybe you could try and trade for the Debbie S Cardio Core. I thought the other one everyone liked was TaeBo Abs.

Kathy Smith's Matrix walking workout. (sorry that's probably not the right title). It's cardio all the way through and focuses on the core.
