man, it seems like everytime i read a BFL thread some people on here get touchy about the 'videos' that can or cannot be substituted with BFL. I think BFL is meant to be followed without videos, to be followed as spelled out in the book, but to each their own.

I agree that the program is written assuming no videos but since most of us here have and like exercise videos I think *some* of us are wondering which videos are BFL-like or BFL-appropriate substitutes.

PS If you read back through the thread, a few people said they got great results with BFL but got bored. I think working in some videos would help make it less boring.
