Yes, that I do know, lol, as I have a few of her yoga downloads. They are more athletic based, no spiritual yoga speak. I think they are great for beginners and all levels.

That's true Pam! It also depends on how complicated the practice is--sometimes with non-mirrored cuing I will just follow the verbal, but sometimes I will watch the screen and do that.

I just did a Shiva Rea video yesterday and noticed that she does not mirror cue, but she also does a lot of stuff facing to the side, so mirror cuing seems less vital then (I've noticed that even on non-yoga WOs, when doing certain segments with a side view, even if they've been mirror cuing up to that point, they stop when they assume a side view). I'm wondering if maybe yoga videos tend to have more side views to demonstrate the alignment of the pose and therefore feel like mirror cuing might be too confusing? As other's have noted, Jessica Smith and Jane Fonda do mirror cuing in yoga videos, but as they are both kind of demonstrating a less classical form of yoga and have done other types of workouts, they might figure their viewers are used to seeing them do M.C.

I could swear Rainbeau Mars does mirror cuing, but I'll have to check. She tends to be filmed more head on instead of from the side.
