Cathe's Pyramid Pump - is it worth owning?

I'm considering adding Pyramid Pump to my Collage order, taking advantage of their 25% off sale, and am wondering how everyone likes it. Do you get a lot of use out of the premixes? What do you like about it?

Thanks!

Having done this DVD only once since I bought it, I can't get into too much detail regarding premixes and that, but I know that I really liked it!

GET IT.

Sorry...I too haven't had a chance yet to try many of the premixes, but I plan to as they are so versatile. And the workout itself rocks! This is a fantastic DVD, totally worth owning, IMO.

Cathe and Kelly Coffey Meyer are my favorites for weights. I'm always late to the party, though. Pyramid Pump looks like it can be used as a total body workout and as splits, too. I like to keep it under an hour and it looks like the premixes allow that.

Thanks for pushing me in over the edge!

I don’t have the original. But I have the Lite series pyramid pump. And I love the Premixes. I usually only like to do three repetitions of each exercise. Occasionally I will do the upper body as it was meant to be. But I get it enough lower body work so I always use timesaver premixes.

I just wanted to thank everyone for the push to get Pyramid Pump. I did the total body pyramid down only and loved it! I'll be getting a lot of use from this DVD.
