From what I've read, it seems like more people prefer Party Songs. Like you, I prefer Radio Remixes. In fact, that's the one I kept. Party Songs has more bouncing, and the final HIIT was shorter.

He's in the entire Walk Away the Pounds Express series. All of the workouts (except for the 4 Mile Super Challenge) use a resistance band. These are the workouts:

1 Mile Easy Walk and 2 Mile Brisk Walk

3 Mile Advanced Walk and 4 Mile Super Challenge

I have both and tried them this week. I thought that they were both a blast! Fun music, fun moves, and a fun walking crew. Nice bright set as well.
