Thoughts on The Kettlebell Workout Library with Phil Ross?

If you have tried this set, I'd love to hear your thoughts! I've been on a strength training hiatus, but when I return I will be focusing on kettlebells.

My biggest concern is that the description says that there is some focus on plyometric training. High impact is out of the question for me due to some overuse injuries.

I looked at this set a while back. I remember finding 2 good clips on youtube, probably somewhere in this list. I've asked about it in the past but no one has ever had feedback. I'm considering being the guinea pig if no one else has purchased yet.

I mostly just wanted to say that this set drops to about $83 during Collage sales. I wonder if they will have a 4th of July sale this year? Might be worth waiting until next week. I may buy it soon if they do have a sale.

Well...the price dropped to $94, and they are having a sale. That brought the price down to <$81 so I caved!

I was hoping they would hold a better sale for 4th of July
Glad I did hold off initially

I chose slow boat shipping because I can't use the set right away. Have been looking at this for a few yrs and it will be nice to finally have it in hand. Not as many dvd options these days....

I've been checking my email at least hourly in search of a shipping notification!

I do fear that many of the workouts will be too advanced for me, but will give me something to aspire to.

Alas, I think the holiday conspires against us I read on the Collage website that any orders made on 7/2-7/5 will not be processed until 7/6/20. Still glad I waited as it was worth the price drop.

The description says beginner workouts are included so I bet there will be something for everyone---esp with sooo much content. More importantly, the lone reviewer says there is a "great soundtrack to pump you up"


ETA: I hope the manual is a quality print and has surprisingly good content. You would think that at a 144 pages it would have something worthwhile! At least it is in color
