Thanks for this post! After reading, I went to my local Goodwill store where I found a compilation DVD of Advanced TaeBo workouts and a Malibu Pilates Chair DVD. I did a TaeBo Advanced workout for old times sake.
Also, I found a Fluidity Barre on Craigslist for an excellent price. I haven't tried one before, but the price was so good that I couldn't pass it up!

My favorite thrift store was having a 4 for $1 DVD sale. I purchased 2 Quick Fix workouts. I’ve never heard of them, but like that they’re shorter workouts. I also got a Cathe Total Cardio Step which I plan to give away. I’m a klutz. Gin Miller’s step workouts are about as complicated as I can handle. Lastly, I bought a Turbo Jam 5 workout set to eventually trade or give away.

I visited a Salvation Army store that I haven't been to since before the pandemic started and was closed down for a couple of months. I was surprised at just how many fitness DVDs they had. The usual Jillian Michaels were there, but they also had Gin Miller, many Gaiam yoga workouts, 10 MS, Leslie Sansone, Debra Mazda, tons of winsor pilates, kettlenetics, core secrets, and even some Michelle Dozois peak 10 workouts. I considered the Michelle Dozois, but I know they are too advanced for me so passed on those. I didn't end up purchasing anything, but I just wanted to say I was pleasantly surprised by the selection.

I'm going to try another Goodwill today; I have a lot to donate too! I'm interested to check out the fitness DVDs even though I rarely buy anything anymore. Still, you never know!

Wow! I would have bought everything and then brought them back after doing them. (although that sometimes takes years, being a vidiot and all)

I have yet to visit a thrift store, but I might go this weekend if I get over my laziness; the stores aren't very close but it'll give me an excuse to get out. **DAMMIT** I just remembered I'm not supposed to buy dvds this month, so it'll have to wait. |

Oh Wendy I've always wanted to try Debra Mazda's workouts! Great finds.

I rarely buy anything at thrift stores anymore, either. I have so many DVD's already, but I still look because they might have that DVD I've been wanting to try! Also, I look for older FIRM workouts that I might not have already. Sadly, FIRM sightings at thrift stores has been very sparse lately.
