Cleda - good for you taking an easy day! I forgot to answer your StepBet question, I'm on week 3. This is where it's starting to get old, but no dread factor, yet.
Question for any of you with FitBits, do you get random friend requests from people you don't know on FitBit? I just ignore them, but it seems strange.

7/30 - KCM's Cardio Blast, w/o 2, it's all Plyo moves. I was dreading this one, but wanted to check it off my list. It wasn't as bad as I expected. I did some moves on the rebounder, a lot of the moves were lateral, and I can handle those, and a few I followed the modifier. I walked the dogs in the evening, adding an extra block to get my step count.
7/31 - taking an easy day today, Tally had me up with the thunderstorms. I did 1500 Steps in 12 Minutes with Reps to the Rhythm (the same guy I tried the other day), then Unplugged 2018. It took me a while to realize I'd already done this one, and by then I just powered through. I've done Margaret's workouts so many times that they seem familiar.

I think I did every day this month! Yeah me!

Every Day in July

SUCCESS!!! Yep .. I'm going for every day in 2020 and I'm well on my way. More than halfway through and yes. I'm bragging. Not even a humble brag. I am very proud of myself.

Lili: Ok, no dread factor (yet.) lol. Been there done that and can't even THINK about a stepbet at this point. hahahahahahahaha! I think I burned out on them after (how many?) years. It does help with consistency though. Congrats on the every day in July! I'm wondering when the new KCM's will ship. I don't even know where they are at timewise right now. But that will be fun to do in August. While on my Power Zone break.

Pam: 30 days is nothing to scoff at!!! I sometimes feel like I cheat when my down days are core or something short or meditation, but honestly? They count. and you're moving anyway - so KUDOS to you.

Helen: I know you have August thread started, but I'm still in July with this check in. So ....

Waves to Kay and everyone lurking!!!

7/31/2020: Adrian's 10 minute runner's warm up, followed by Matty's 10 minute warm up (or was it vice versa?), then 45 minute interval run on the tread with Adrian, 10 minute cool down with Andy Speer (I think) and then 10 minutes Runner's stretch with Adrian. All of this (mostly) felt wonderful. I never ever go at the speeds they suggest (unless it's a beginner's workout) but I am improving and I"m just fine with that.

I'm at 213/366 and quite pleased with that.
Look out August - I've got goals and I'm sticking to them. . .It's my month.

Make it a great day.
