Anyone still doing these workouts? I wasn’t sure I still had them but discovered the DVD with Foundation, Power Push and Long Lean the other day and have been getting a lot of use out of these. Happy I stumbled upon the DVD. I don’t even remember how many DVDs were in the set - 3?

there were 8 workouts. you're referring to the cardio workouts.

in addition to the cardio, there was:

Full Body Circuit
LB
UB
Pilates
Yoga

plus, there was a walking CD.

Andre Houle appears as a cast member in a few of the workouts.

Thanks - I found a complete set (used) on Amazon for $5.00 and ordered it. Probably won’t get much use out of the Pilates or yoga workouts, but I really want the circuit workout. Now that you mention it, I vaguely remember Andre Houle in that one.

I still have the strength DVD (includes the circuit, LB and Core, UB and Core) and the Pilates/Yoga DVD. I gave away the cardio DVD because I got so sick of those workouts when I did the program--well, I did 7 weeks of it, because I came down with a sinus infection and never finished the last five weeks. I still use the strength DVD from time to time. The Pilates/Yoga is OK, but nothing write home about.

I have the whole set, and I still do the workouts from time to time. My favorite is the long circuit workout. These are very basic, and almost "timeless". In my opinion there's nothing dated or silly about them that you do find with some other older workouts.

Yep, I still use these. They are good intermediate workouts. The 3 cardio workouts are all quite similar (Kathy sure does like those knee-ups) but I do like them for their simplicity.

Bonus points for having Andre Houle as one of the background exercisers!

Isn't this the set that had miked background exercisers? I seem to recall getting rid of it IMMEDIATELY for that reason.

Ha ha, yes! I don't mind that, but I know there are some people who hate it! LOL

I do seem to recall that I really liked the yoga and pilates ones.
