Same here! She’s not talking just to talk, but is sharing information, pointers, sometimes sharing some of her personal experience. I realize that’s not for everybody, though, but for me, it’s like working out with a really interesting friend who chats while we work out.
I personally don’t do podcast workouts (I like more variety), but she has some workouts I really enjoy.
