The Firm- Complete Aerobics and Weight Training

I rarely reach for these workouts that use the sculpting stick because mine is broken (twigs broke off.) But...you don't need the stick. Just use dumbbells. Nice workout despite the horrid form on kickboxing moves, but I've come to expect that from the Firm.
