Done: day 9 of my pilates challenge. She did some bar work in there and those always hit the spot. the little plies, and the pulses. and the legs spread wide and go up on your toes. My body was yelling at me. I had to tell it to hold on, I won't do this long with you. lol
I am glad very very glad to bedding this. I see I like help, feedback, acknowledgement and all that stuff you get when you join with someone else. I don't want to disappoint them so I get my yoga pants on first thing in the morning. No eating breakfast, just let the dog out, feed the bird, feed the dog and then my commitment to the mat. I see I don't agree with hi-rep workouts. Learning and loving spirit.
