Today I did a warmup from an upper body strength workout and 3 Blogilates lower body workouts. Apparently my sprained wrist won't let me do biceps curls. It was ok for 10 lb dumbbells for the lower body workout yesterday, but moving the wrist is no good, especially with 15s. So I'll wait on upper body workouts. It's getting better, though!

Check-in: 29 decline pushups and Ellen's 30 minute core yoga. It has some Breath of Fire. I've done that before, but it is unusual to see that in a DVD - or at least in my DVDs.

dI like that breath of fire. I think I've seen it mostly in Kundalinitype yoga. I think the breathing works what helps lose weight and allows you to get in tune with your ups and downs in a particular exercise.

You are rocking it on these pushups. Did you have a particular goal in mind when you started doing these?

Done: day 9 of my pilates challenge. She did some bar work in there and those always hit the spot. the little plies, and the pulses. and the legs spread wide and go up on your toes. My body was yelling at me. I had to tell it to hold on, I won't do this long with you. lol

I am glad very very glad to bedding this. I see I like help, feedback, acknowledgement and all that stuff you get when you join with someone else. I don't want to disappoint them so I get my yoga pants on first thing in the morning. No eating breakfast, just let the dog out, feed the bird, feed the dog and then my commitment to the mat.

I see I don't agree with hi-rep workouts. Learning and loving spirit.
