I just did the workout. It's awesome. 30 minutes, all standing stretch and strength. Nice variations on moves.
I'm loving their new streaming content.

I refuse to pay $14.95 per month for streaming. I can understand that it expensive to produce a DVD; however they could offer to purchase it as a download.
I'm not in a position to throw $14.95 per month out the window and have nothing to show for it. |

I loved it too, lovely trademarks, some variations on my faves...side to side lunges, squash lunges, Caribbean spine...a winner!
