I would love to do both T-Tapp and Callanetics or T-Tapp and Barre or Continuity Glutecentric Omnicentric Hipcentric Abcentric (probably alternating days). I really should do some cardio too.

I do this. With the exception of a weighted workout a couple of times a month, this is all I do.
I don't, however, do rotations. I do what I feel like each day. That usually means a couple of t-tapp workouts each week and 3 or 4 Callanetics/Barre/CS/TA workouts each week.
My results? Well, I like my shape. My waist is thicker now than it was at 28, and I'd love to shrink it some, but I am post-menopausal, so that would take concentrated efforts. Even with my thicker waist, I have an hourglass figure, but I attribute that to genetics more than exercise. I like my posture, my flexibility, my strength. I like that I haven't lost any height as I've moved closer to 60 (unlike most of my friends close to me in age). I believe these workouts will help me stave off that inevitable enfeeblement that encroaches with age.
Like you, I ought to do some cardio, too. I try to work cardio in a couple of times a month, but cardio is the workout I can always put off.
