Sue, how do you combine kettlebells with TA? What is your rotation? I am doing kettlebells 3 times a week with cardio and yoga but I just traded for TA Mat ( have yet to try it.) and am wondering how I can use it with kettlebells. I don't want to drop kettlebells totally but am thinking of adding other workouts.

Hi Leslie-

Let's see - I am all over the place with my workouts and I tend to break them up throughout the day. What I'm trying to focus on lately is something like the following:

Sun - BB lower body blast in the AM, in the evening I will usually do Omni
Mon - AM - kettlebells, Lunch - a couple of BB upper body segments
Tues - cardio - usually TF, but just got Zumba, lunch - BB lower body blast
Wed - AM - kettlebells, Lunch - Omni
Thurs - AM - cardio, PM - yoga or Omni
Fri - AM - kettlebells, lunch - BB Total Body
Sat - Omni

I aim to get Omni in about 4 x/week like this. Again, nothing like what she recommends, but I do it because I like it. I couldn't do it solely as my form of exercise, but I do like throwing it in.

What I like about it also is the length. Even at the end of the day I usually have enough energy to throw in a 30 min Omni workout. It's very do-able...

Hi everyone! A girlfriend of mine completed Abs and is now on continuity. She has lost 30 pounds (!!).

I'm on series 8 of hipcentric and I've had good results too. I have only lost 10 pounds over the whole program, but I didn't really have that much to loose.

Currently doing TA Pregnancy Project, Ballet Beautiful and lots of kickboxing! I'm expecting a baby in July.

Awesome! Did she do it 6 days a week and with TA's 30 minute cardio?
