Massage Devices

Just curious if anyone has any really good massage devices to recommend. I love the foam roller and use it daily. I also use a tennis ball to massage areas that the roller doesn't get to. Does anyone else use any other contraptions to soothe and prevent those aches and pains ???

I had an injury where the hamstrings meet the glutes from either weights, running or yoga - not really sure. I would take a small bag of frozen peas or frozen carrots, wrap them in a towel, and then slide that under my aching area and sit on it for 20 minutes. When done, I'd put the bag of vegetables back in the freezer to refreeze for next time. I did it once a day at night. It really helped.

To be honest, my percussion massager works wonders and is really easy to use.

The "pinky" hi-bounce balls are even better than tennis balls.

I really like "The Stick" massagers, too (I've heard good things about the "Tiger Tail" ones, too).

My mom bought me this massage pillow, and I found that it works into my back pretty well, although it's a bit harder to maneuver than the individual balls:

Otherwise, I like the Yoga Tune-Up Balls & the Foam Roller.

I love this cushion and I use it a lot. I bought it via Amazon uk but saw it is also available in the USA and see I am not the only one.

Hey, that's MY cushion! I like it, you can use it for upper or lower back, or put your feet on it. Mine has a heating option.
