Wow, those are two very different DVDs.
I've written extensive reviews of both. I'll link to both but note a few things that may be useful to you. Post Athletic Stretch I don't really do any of the sports on here, although I have done the cycling after spin classes. The Running practice would probably closest to what you're looking for in terms of a focus on lower body flexibility with some static holds, but her holds aren't particularly long, maybe no more than 15-20 seconds. Full Body Stretch The Slow Stretch segment is probably more what you're looking for here, although there are upper body moves included as well, and in fact I felt Full Body Stretch actually did a nice job with spinal mobilization more so than lower or upper body flexibility. Karen's holds are slightly longer than Jill's, but no more than 20-30 seconds.
