I don’t know how to use her two newest mobility workouts. I like them…but they’re too long for a warmup. They’re not stretchy enough for after a workout. They’re not *enough* for a workout (I’m not an advanced exerciser, not even close! - but I like to make good use of my time…)

So…how are y’all using these?

Alison - maybe an active recovery day? I know many of Jessica's rotations include a 'pre-hab' day so maybe this could fit in there.

I like to ride my bike every day and add on ~ 20 minutes. That being said, I was ignoring my longer workouts and now split them up so I can still enjoy them. Sometimes things aren't balanced, but I do 1/2 one day and then the other 1/2 the next.

I did this after a workout. I think it would be better for an active recovery day. I really enjoyed it.
