I've been doing barre workouts since July. For awhile I added in kettlebells and/or Leslie. Since I've stuck to barre and Ellen workouts, I've lost 6 pounds. For me that is monumental. I did t-tapp last year and couldn't lose weight. I actually gained weight for awhile. My weight held steady until I started doing Ellen. I've also seen an increase in flexibility. I can do some stretches in the barre workouts that I wasn't able to do well before I started Ellen. Right now I'm doing barre 3-4 days/week and Ellen 3 days.
