Ran 5 miles with 2 friends this am. We had all done leg work within the last 36 hours and the run felt super hard. We walked one mile after the 5. It was in the low 60s so pretty nice.

Jbliff we did Biltmore years ago so I suspect we will speed through it too. The grounds and gardens should be lovely this time of year. I’m looking up some of those hikes Jbliff. Should be in the 60s while we are there. I know you’re not looking forward to 90degrees. Same here. Yuck.

Waves to all.

We spent the wknd with my father-in-law, got home a little bit ago. I have my workouts planned for the week and need to get back on track with my routines. Last night I chose some trail races I hope to do this year.

My workout yesterday was a long walk + Pyramid UB up premix.

Vannie- Looks like you're getting serious about running some races this year!

Karjoy - So how was your sleep? We stayed up later than usual to watch the NBA playoffs but I still was up at 4 a.m.

Cher
- How is your sister doing?

Waves to all. Have a good day.

We are getting ready to go to Asheville in the morning so We have been packing and straightening. We’re excited! Tonight I ran 30 min on the treadmill.

The flowers at Biltmore are supposed to be in tip top form and I cannot wait to see the gardens and the azaleas especially. Supposed to me nice and cool.

I can post tomorrow during my long car ride. I have a couple Covid questions I BBC would like ya’lls input on.

Good night!

Made it to Asheville and we are actually staying at a hotel on Biltmore property. We’ll be doing a self guided audio tour at Biltmore house in the morning, and likely doing some hiking in the afternoon. Gosh the grounds here are spectacularly beautiful. The dogwoods are in bloom. It is much cooler here of course. No exercise today.

I answered my own question about Covid. It involves a canceled river cruise that some friends and I had booked for this fall. Sigh.

Hi all. My workout yesterday was Pyramid Lower Body up premix.

Karjoy - Glad you made it to Asheville safely and are enjoying the grounds. How nice you're able to stay right at the Biltmore. Too bad about the canceled river cruise.

We are having a few days of cooler weather which is so nice after the hot week we had.

Have a good day, everyone.
