I didn't do the new one yet, but am planning on getting it in soon! I got sort of sporadic over the last while for different reasons-- burnt out on Tracy, busy, doing daily KY, etc-- but have gotten re-invigorated this week and did last week's class (the first one, not the second one ) 3x and LOVED the legs sequence.

Since the classes have been longer, I've been skipping through some of the standing portion so I do about 10 minutes of arms and 10 minutes of cardio. Combined with the legs series it's a good enough sweaty workout for me!

I'm still streaming and loving it I signed up when she first started and was not super consistent for the first few months due to family illness and too much work, but in the last month or so I have had more time to do the workouts and am really enjoying them. I plan to renew my 6 month auto subscription in June.

Today's was super long...one hour and 50 minutes which is a bit much for me but still super fun It was from one of her Vitality week classes.

I am, and I still loving it. I went the 6 month route and will renew in Sept.

Yup, still streaming... but losing steam. I have been a subscriber since day 1 and for the first few months I did the classes 4-5 times a week. Now I'm at 3 times a week and I am starting to feel some dread as they are so long.

I just did Week 22 today and found it a bit boring (repetitive, not very creative) and not super challenging. Mostly I find that these classes are not efficient; I am sure it would be possible to get the benefit of Week 22 in about half the time.

Results are ok but not spectacular given the time and effort. And I find that the looonnnnggg segments on all fours create unnecessary tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back.

I still love getting a new class every week and I still love the live vibe (could never go back to TA DVDs) but I have been going back and forth about renewing when my subscription ends in a couple of weeks...

Fuzzie I could have written your post! I started about a week or so after they went up and loved them but they are getting longer and longer and longer these days. I do not have nearly 2 hours in my schedule to work out anymore and the routines are starting to feel repetitive. I love the vibe for sure and it is exciting to see the new workout every Wednesday but I don't love it like I did. I'm a little bummed about that, actually.

Woodie, I saw that clip from Bari Studio a couple of days ago and I was thinking this is the kind of stuff I hope TA would include - i.e., more complex movement and not all on the floor: https://instagram.com/p/2mcd1pF-kK/?...=thebaristudio

While we're talking about TA and alternatives, how were your results/experience with Hamelin d'Abell in the end, Fuzzie? I noticed he put up this free live class that looks good

I just renewed for 6 months. I love the workout vibe and the format, but seriously, anything over 1 hr 10 minutes is too long. I work full time, have a toddler, and my adrenals can't take super long workouts. I wish she would stick to shorter workouts (1 hour - 1 hr 10 min) especially if she wants us doing this 6 days a week!

I will always do Tracy, I think. I just love her that much. But I was also curious about results with Hamelin.

One thing about streaming is that my behind has lifted SO much. I mean, SO much. I'm almost embarrassed about it, it's, like, SO high now. I've NEVER had that. I've always had a very flat behind, even when extremely overweight. Now my behind is in a different time zone.

Thanks for the link. I like that! I am with you on "not all on the floor" comment.

Thanks for the link as well. I am a member of Hamelin's FB group and the photos of the ladies are very inspiring.
Two nights ago, I did a segment of Absmatics and my abs are still sore today.
I love Armatics. My triceps are always sore with that one.

Susie,
Congrats on the lifted behind.
