Can Someone Help Me Find This DVD?
This clip is from a Bodywisdom yoga dvd. I like the clip, but don't know which dvd it is from:

I don't have your answer but don't think it's from the Yoga for Athletes dvd as that is filmed indoors. Your practice looks good - I look forward to trying it!

Thanks! I saw a Yoga for Athletes and Complete Yoga for Athletes. I wasn't sure if it was on of those or something else. The reviews on amazon don't help, as sometimes those get mixed up across titles. Definitely sounds like Barbara Benagh's voice.

Definitely Barbara Benagh, not sure which dvd it’s from though.

Another similar video there is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4e4eyJBnZc , which says it's from Benagh's DVD Yoga over 50. It looks like the same setting and blue yoga mat, maybe it's from that same DVD? Perhaps they have just renamed an existing routine from DVD to Yoga for Runners.
I have a few Benagh DVDs, but not that one, so can't check. |

The maker of the video has a free app in the Apple store which shows previews of videos. That might help you track it down.

It’s listed as Bodywisdom tv in my App Store. Is it possible that it is available in Europe but not the US?
