I don't have the ones you listed but I thought I'd comment about the few I have in case anyone else has others. I have her new The Method Express workout, the original Mat, Perfect Design II and Precision Toning. I have not done PD II yet but of the 3 I've done my order easiest to hardest would be...

Precision Toning
Method Express (did the entire workout)
Mat

Thanks for the replies.

I plan to get her beginner Mat, Precision Toning and Method Express. I already have Teen Meta, her new one with the band, Glute and Abcentric.
I think I will try them in this order
Beginner Mat
Teen Meta
Precision Toning/Method Express
Centrics

Hi SuzieC
I have a few questions for you:

~How long would you do each dvd for? (ie: how many weeks/months)

~Where do you think the Pregnancy project would fit in here?

~Would Meta come in last after everything, moving to Continuity?

Thank you!

Hi!
I would do each segment of each DVD (not necessarily the entire DVD as some contained several 1/2 hour segments) until I could do it with good form and without breaks. Typically, I would try to stay within TA's 10 times per workout prescription.

I have not done Pregnancy project but have seen some of the segments, so maybe someone else can provide more information. However, I would put it before Total Trampoline.

As for Meta, no, not necessarily. I think if you are comfortable with the Original Mat workout, you can move on to Meta. Meta is progressive so you will increase your strength as you move through it. I completed up to year 2, month 2 of Continuity. I heard year 3 is killer!

Hope this helps!
