Your Favorite Kettlebell Ab Workout

Hi! It's that time that seems to happen every year where I do a boxing/kettlebell rotation (not sure why I ever stop doing these rotations, because they're my favorite and most effective for me... but then I see all my other DVDs sitting there and we all know how that goes )

Anyway, I was just curious if anyone has a favorite ab-focused kettlebell workout that they enjoy, or just feel to be particularly effective. I'm looking for DVD recommendations only, not paper or streaming/download suggestions. I have a lot of the KB DVDs available, but some of them I've neglected, and others I've forgotten what's included in the workout because of the amount of content.

I know most KB workouts give me a great total body workout anyway, but I'm looking for something to use maybe as an add-on when I want an abs focus.

Thanks in advance

Paul Katami has two older kettlebell workouts - Drills and Kombos - and each has a separate 15-minute core workout (different from each other) that I really liked.

Paul Katami Kettlebell for Beginners has a really nice core section that I use often. I wouldn't consider it beginners level, more intermediate.

I have a different question - zraipel- what are you favorite kettlebell workouts. I'm trying to get such a rotation together.

In response to the abs kettlebell question, the Kathy Smith kettlebell workout also has a nice abs section.

Lauren's Volume 2 Bonus Abs is tough! I also really feel Providence in my core, but only if I do the whole workout. Steve Cotter has a great core workout on his Extreme Kettlebell set. It includes suitcase deadlifts, renegade rows, and L-sits.

Yes, Vol 2 Abs are tough, but you can do just one round (about 6 min) and build on it to eventually do 2 rounds
