I just placed an order for this today. The board, basic workout, advanced workout, and the mat. Very reasonable at $77.00ish for all. Shipping included. Plus they offer workouts on Youtube.

I'm finding I'm burned out on all my dvds. It's not the workouts ... rather it's me. I'm just not motivated to do any of them. I really don't want to think anymore about what to do each day, planning out rotations, or worry about what form or method of exercise is best. I think too much about this all the time. I just want to do something simple... period.

I ordered and took longer than I thought to get but I got it yesterday, only the board and basic workouts. I got on the board when I got home and have to be careful as I was twisting I was a moving around the room. It was fun but I have to work my time up. I did about three minutes.

Rhonda ~ I've been watching videos on Youtube about how to get started with the board. Even holding onto a chair back until you're comfortable on it. The whole walking around the room issue is also addressed on the clips.

Just a thought.

Sorry Hedy, I just saw your post!

Well, mine has been collecting dust in the corner of my basement. I've tried it a few times but I end up "skating" all over the room, lol. The You Tube videos suggest not "leaning" forward so much and you won't move around. I'll have to try it again.

I think I will be using my trusty chair to hold on to until I get the stance down, so this walking issue isn't an issue.

Glad to hear I am not the only walking around the room person. I will have to see if I am leaning forward and try a different stance if I am.

I just saw this at Home Depot.
I'm not sure how much it was because there wasn't a price listed and I couldn't find a scanner nearby.
The display was by the Christmas stuff.

Home Depot? Really? What an odd place to sell fitness equipment.

They are now offering a mat on their website to place the board on to prevent the walking. I bought it but have yet to try it. I would use it in the hallway between my bedroom and bathroom and steady myself with a hand on each wall. That seemed to helped the walking. Hope this helps
