I won't be able to use it for some of my PT exercises though - just isn't the same as a regular balance board - can't use only one foot on it, but it will still get a lot of use.
Twisting was easy, though harder to do on the plusher carpet. It did not hurt my back or knees, but I only did it for about 5 minutes. I did buy a small carpet square to use under it so not to wear out our carpet, but didn't get a chance to try that yet.
Look forward to using it in workouts and just twisting to music or while watching TV!
Thank you for this report! That is helpful....and I think I'll stick with my gut and pass on this one.

Thanks, good to know! I'm going to buy a carpet square too!

I am curious about this. Do you feel it truly targets your abs/core? Sheesh...I have so many fitness gadgets, I should not even be thinking about this!

Soo...today I noticed that they are offering these for a discount "as is". I think it just means that someone returned it so it is not "new". They reduced the price to $28+ so I caved!

Thanks Adrien! I ordered an "as is" board in Magenta and canceled my pre-order. Saved me about $14-$15 and I'll get it sooner, yay!

Yay! I cannot imagine that much damage could have been inflicted on these, so hopefully they will be as good as new!

Yep Adrien, I've ordered "as is" from QVC before and it's usually like brand new but may have been opened. Hoping for the best!

Did you get an order confirmation email for yours? I did not. I see the order is active in my account but I am accustomed to getting an email confirmation when I order online.

I did get an order confirmation for the "as is" board and a cancellation notice for the other one. Strange that you didn't get an email but it's showing in your order history?

Has this aggravated your hip/lower back area?

Question about the board and some of you folks that
Have it. It does look like fun, but recently my lower back above
My hip area keeps making a small clicking noise I know I need to
strengthen it but I worry about the twisting movement aggravating this
area more. How has the twisting movements worked for you. On the fence
about whether or not to get this one

Thanks
