Lauren will occasionally send out emails offering sales on her DVDs, usually a percentage off (the amount may vary). Of course, it may still be worth it to get it from Mary (if you decide on this one) since she offs a 10% discount and it would qualify for free shipping.

So many choices! Still pondering - but I thank you all for your input. I'll keep reading - hopefully more will post.

I don't have either video, but from clips I've seen of Joey's video, it involves a lot of fast getting up and down off the floor and rolling around on the floor with and without kettlebells - great if you have a MMA interest, but not so great if you have painful stiff joints . Lauren's workouts typically are more traditional kettlebell exercises with more deliberate movements up and down off the floor. With Joey's workout I feel the cardio comes more from you moving your own weight (KB stays on the light side), the cardio from Lauren's is from moving the kettlebell (you can go heavier). These are more my impressions, so take them with a grain of salt as I don't have these videos.

Kettlebell Body is different from Lauren's other workouts in that she puts more of an emphasis on strength. There is a conditioning aspect of course, but it's not as prominent as it is in the UBS&C workouts. I have been really digging The Grind workout followed by the Finisher from the second UBS&C. It's under 30 minutes (plus my own warmup and cool down) and a great workout. I tend to use Kettlebell Body when I can't push myself to a finisher. I like having it in the rotation, but it isn't my favorite.
