Eric Nies was such a cutie! He actually later came out with a jump rope fitness set of videos - it may have possibly been sold as a set with it's own rope? I've seen bits of it here and there on amazon and thought about buying it just for the "eric" factor

In high school, I had my Eric Nies calendar that I took apart and lined all the pictures up along the top of my wall... my Eric border, lol!!

Yes, that was the one! It came out when I was in college, and I thought it was the hardest workout I had ever done. The music was great!

I think that was my favorite Grind one, too. I think it had the yellow cover if I remember correctly.
