Essentrics Strength and Stretch in Motion, Stretch Workout 2: Upper Body and Hamstrings

I traded my cast in for a boot yesterday. This has made a huge difference in functionality, energy, and mental confidence. I'm going to try to get back into regular workouts again.

bzbnmom happy to hear that you've moved on to the boot! I'll be interested to hear what you think of Suzanne Bowens workouts. I did like her as an instructor. I just like others such as Cathe and Jessica Smith more. I'm guessing that her released DVD's will be a little bit harder.
