The Leandro program looks borderline bizarre to me----almost like an SNL skit Will pass on that one.

Beautiful man (and son), inside and out. His story about his uncle and then training Tammy touched me. Would love to support him but, no, that style of exercise is not for me. I bet he'll do just fine without me though.
