This looks lovely. Now that I have fallen in love with Shiva Rea, I have decided to broaden my yoga horizons and I just ordered Ravi and Ana's last three DVDs.
Sunday - You are absolutely beautiful and glowing in your new avatar. Happy belated birthday! |

Muffins, I think from the older dark-haired releases, you can't go wrong with Yoga Beauty Body and Fat Free - Lose Weight Feel Great.
From the blonde era Anas, one of my favorites is Solar Power. And for a great all around basics to have in the library, I love Yoga for Beginners & Beyond: Stretch, Strengthen and Be Stress Free. Tracy, I am a newcomer to Ravi and Ana, it's only been a couple of years. So I don't know if they were touring and doing teacher trainings as extensively as they are now, as in the days when they released two and three new DVDs at a time. I would have liked another, too, but am consoled by the fact that I still need to finish my collection (and wait for the book). |

Honestly I did not know how to choose since there are so few clips available (and I find it difficult to judge based on reviews since I'm not that familiar with Kundalini). I already have Dance the Chakras and I plan to get back to it until my order gets here. |
