I've also been on a kettlebell kick. So today I added some rounds of swings, cleans, windmills, etc. to my SIU halfsies and had a blast! The timer came in handy, as I could time my KB exercises.

I recently read a thread that made me remember I had SS so I had to ask if anyone split them up. I did first 30 min of MIU last night and I forgot how tough it can be. it was tough but I enjoyed it.
I will finish the rest tonight.
